There is a huge difference between a mediocre steak and great steak. The choice of meat, the marinade and flavorings, and the kitchen makes a big difference. It makes me wonder how some people are so steaks, steaks, while others are very good, often equivalent to meat. Grill the perfect steak is an art form.
